I developed a crush for Blackwick's wondrous universe pretty much from the get-go. It did take about 2/3 of the book to completely fall in love with the world, the characters, the amazing magic system (Weaving threads of influence into the fabric of reality) and pretty much everything else. A masterful story. I'm 100% hyped for the sequel! :D
